At Akasya Wood Packaging, we began our journey in 2007 and have since taken it further by strengthening our love for nature and wood as of 2023. However, our roots run much deeper. Our founder, Yücel İnce, was introduced to the lumber trade at an early age through his father’s profession, developing a passion that laid the foundation for one of Turkey’s leading wood packaging manufacturers today.

Starting modestly with a team of only three in Istanbul İkitelli in 2007, our journey has grown to include over 300 employees and a total of 7 production facilities located in Istanbul (Avcılar, İkitelli, Sultanbeyli), Tokat, Manisa, Ankara, and Çankırı.

Our Fields of Activity

At Akasya Wood Packaging, we operate in three main production groups: ready-to-use wooden packaging products (crates, cases, pallets, etc.), packaging accessories (locks, hinges, handles), and raw materials (plywood and lumber). All our products are manufactured using 100% local resources in accordance with international quality standards and with an eco-friendly production approach.

We source our raw materials from trees we cultivate ourselves and operate with 100% local capital, adhering to the principle of sustainability at every stage of production.

In addition to manufacturing and wholesale, we expand our presence in international markets with our experienced team and continue to strengthen our export network.

Our main factory in Istanbul Avcılar serves as the central hub for our production, logistics, and management operations with 7,000 m² of indoor and 5,000 m² of outdoor space. Its central location and high production capacity allow us to provide fast and effective solutions to our customers in the Marmara region.

Our integrated facilities in Tokat Turhal are a significant investment that embodies our sustainable production vision. These include a plywood factory with 3,400 m² indoor and 8,100 m² outdoor space, and the Çınar Pellet Factory with 2,800 m² indoor and 8,200 m² outdoor space.

In 2023, our Tokat factory was equipped with a 1 MW solar power system, becoming a facility that produces its own electricity from this eco-friendly energy source. With this installed solar energy system (GES), we strengthen our commitment to environmentally friendly and sustainable production.

Our Ankara Kazan factory plays an important role in lumber production with 2,600 m² indoor and 5,900 m² outdoor space.
